Living 90%: Embracing Life to the Fullest

Scientists and religious teachings suggest that we are only 10% conscious and 90% unconscious on this planet. This means we have access to 90% of our potential, giving us the ability to shape our lives as we wish. With this in mind, I choose to prepare 10% for the promised land while fully embracing the 90% of life I have on Earth—because that is what life is meant to be.

The Journey of Understanding

I hope you are not just reading this but truly absorbing its message. I have spent countless hours studying human behavior—through both good and bad experiences. My learning never stops; I study day and night, even in my dreams, where I break words apart and reassemble them into deeper meanings.

Years ago, I had a dream that has stayed with me. In this dream, I stood three meters high, alongside others positioned 100 to 150 meters apart. Below us, millions of people reached out for help, their hands emerging from the ground. Behind me, I saw the Red Cross flag.

I have shared this dream before, particularly with my fellow Red Cross volunteers, where I actively serve. Even today, I continue to write about what I remember from that night. While I may not fully understand its meaning, I sense that something profound is happening around us—starting with me. The ability to write like this, to absorb books in a matter of days, to make connections others may overlook—it all feels surreal.

The Power of Knowledge and Connection

We marvel at the internet, but do we truly understand its purpose? Yuval Noah Harari, in his book Nexus: A Brief History of Information Networks from the Stone Age to AI – Rage Against the Machine, emphasizes that the internet is the future: either we use it, or it will use us. Steve Jobs, the visionary behind Apple, would likely have agreed—either we learn to master technology, or we become its servants.

In my reading, I have studied the lives of successful individuals (Tools of Titans and Tribe of Mentors by Tim Ferriss). Nearly 80% of them share a similar strategy: they dedicate time to themselves while also helping others. Despite having wealth and success, their true fulfillment comes from serving those in need. Helping others is a universal purpose—engineers build solutions, doctors heal, teachers educate, and volunteers, like myself, support those who require assistance.

Even something as simple as a smile can change someone’s day. You never know the impact your kindness may have on another person’s life. As long as we are here, living our 90%, we should strive to enjoy life and spread positivity.

Balancing Consciousness and Reality

We have access to just 10% of our conscious mind, while the remaining 90% remains a mystery. Should we focus on the unknown 10%, or should we embrace the reality of the 90% we experience every day—the sights, sounds, tastes, and feelings that shape our existence? For those seeking deeper spiritual understanding, I recommend starting with the Holy Quran and the Holy Bible.

For now, live your life as fully as possible. Make sure those around you—whether to your right or left—experience moments of joy. Create and cherish meaningful moments. That is the essence of life.

Key Takeaway

Living 90% is far greater than living only 10%. Why not embrace our physical existence more than our spiritual pondering? Life is beautiful when we recognize where we are at this moment—on planet Earth. Share love, and you will receive love in return.

Thank you for reading! Please don’t forget to share with friends and family.
